Terms of Service

1. The service

Easy ITF provides tennis tournament information, including acceptance lists, rankings, World Tennis Number (WTN) data, seedings, and projected acceptance estimates for junior and professional circuits.

Projections, cutoffs, and acceptance estimates are calculated from available data and are provided for informational purposes only. They are predictions, not guarantees, and may differ from official results published by the ITF, WTA, or any tournament organizer.

2. No affiliation

Easy ITF is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the International Tennis Federation (ITF), the WTA, the ATP, or any national tennis association. All tournament data is sourced from publicly available or account-authorized feeds.

3. Accounts

To use the App you create an Easy ITF account (via email, Apple, or Google) and connect your ITF IPIN account so the App can retrieve your entries and rankings on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

You may use your IPIN credentials only for accounts you are authorized to access. You must not use the App to access another person’s ITF account without their permission.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Easy ITF offers a free tier with limited acceptance checks and paid subscription plans (Junior, Pro Tour, and Bundle) that unlock unlimited access for the relevant circuit.

Paid subscriptions are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device’s App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; we do not directly process payments and cannot issue refunds ourselves.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App. In particular, you must not: scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained from the App; attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls; reverse engineer or interfere with the App’s operation; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, software, and original content, is owned by Easy ITF and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Tournament and ranking data remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the data is accurate, complete, or current, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You should always confirm official acceptance, seeding, and scheduling information through the relevant tournament or governing body before making decisions based on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy ITF will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on data provided by the App, including missed entries, travel costs, or tournament decisions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
