1. Information we collect

• Account information: the email address you sign up with, or the basic profile (name/email) provided by Apple or Google when you sign in with them.
• ITF IPIN connection: when you connect your IPIN account, we use your credentials to authenticate with the ITF on your behalf and store a session so we can retrieve your entries, rankings, and tournament data. We do not sell these credentials.
• Usage data: information about how you use the App, such as acceptance checks performed and features used, which we use to enforce free-tier limits and improve the service.
• Subscription data: your subscription status and entitlements, provided by Apple and our payments processor (RevenueCat). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Device and log data: technical information such as app version, device type, and error logs used for diagnostics and security.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide and operate the App, authenticate you with the ITF, deliver the tournament and ranking data you request, enforce usage limits, manage subscriptions, secure the service, and respond to support requests.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the App, including: Google Firebase (authentication and data storage), Google Cloud (hosting), Apple (subscription billing), and RevenueCat (subscription management).

We also communicate with ITF data sources using your authorized IPIN session to fetch your tennis data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

4. Data retention

We retain your account and related data while your account is active. When you request deletion, we remove your account information and stored IPIN session, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children and young athletes

Easy ITF serves the junior tennis community, and some users may be minors. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you should use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You can delete your account from within the App or by request.

8. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
